We followed a dream, 12 years ago we started a trip from Ljubljana to Stolvizza, with a copy of the knife sharpening bicycle. More about this story soon on our blog, for now read this as an introduction to the project. Now 12 years later we merged with “Il museo dell’Arrotino” from Stolvizza to learn this ancient trade, knife sharpening on a bicycle that is, promote the trade and start a friendship that will connect our two valleys, generations and souls eager to bring traditions on for centuries and generations to come.
